Katie Holmes is turning Suri Cruise‘s life upside down for the better. While Katie was married to Tom Cruise, Suri was able to live a life without restrictions. Suri could go to bed whenever she wanted, buy anything and eat whatever she desired! But now that Katie’s in charge, things are changing!
“Katie saw that Suri was growing into a monster,” a source says. “She wants to really become a parent and start teaching her strong discipline. Suri’s life is going to change.
So what are Katie’s new rules around the house?
“Katie is getting Suri to bed by about 8pm,” an insider reveals. “She’s trying to put her on a regular schedule. Tom just used to let her stay up all night watching Scientology kids’ videos. Katie’s plan is to get Suri to make her own bed, put away her clothes and help clean up her room.”
But is Suri responding well to this “normal” treatment?
“There has been some resistance,” the source admits. “But Suri adores her mom. So, little by little, she’s starting to listen. Katie is taking everything very slowly.”
Katie is also very excited to send Suri to Manhattan’s Convent of the Sacred Heart school, which is all girls.
“Suri is not used to sharing or playing with other kids, so going to school will be a big change for her,” the source adds. “Katie wants her to get used to that. She just wants her to be a normal kid.”

Tom was involved in Scientology BEFORE Katie married him. This should be no surprise to anyone that he wants to indoctrinate his daughter in that cult. Come on people. She should have been grown up enough to do her homework on what the cult was all about before marriage. Shame on her for not looking into it. He was into Scientology with his first wife, second and now third. Scientology should not be the reason for the divorce. There must be something else going on. The honeymoon was over and Tom’s overbearing role as a husband probably drove her away. He should really decide that if he marries again to only marry someone in that cult. I’m not cheering on either party. Shame on them for doing the typical Hollywood divorce. Three failed marriages for Tom means he should take 10 years off like Nicole did and search what he really believes. Leave another poor woman alone. I’ve read too that he is not an intimate person. I will leave that to the imagination. He’s good looking yes but now all people should be on guard when they date him. Be forewarned ladies.

Katie was taking cabs instead of private jets, but what can you do? Suri is the only biological child of Tom C and just like other parents, he wants to give the very best to his child.
I saw a picture of Suri crying while looking at a very cute puppy. From that picture we could tell that Suri likes to have a dog and Katie didn’t even get her one. Katie took her to the pet store just tease her. Wonder is that a part of katie’s Brainwashing Suri that she cannot get everything she wants?
If I was katie I would have given a puppy to Suri coz at this time of her life suri needs somebody to play with and have fun. Having a dog could also help Suri to learn responsibility like feeding and caring for the dog.
We have seen thousands of pictures of Suri but you can count on your fingers where she smiles. She’s a beautiful kid but seem to be not happy!
The cute puppy for sure could make her smile/laugh!

Who hasnt gone to a pet store? She didnt buy anything.
When I a child I wanted to take the kitties home from the zoo.

About time one of them started to the adult instead of the other way around. Scientology does teach independence from day one, not dicipline. Go on line and read everything about Scientology if you don’t believe me. Still, Suri is going to be pulled in two directions…the right direction with Katie and the Scientology direction with Tom when he has her. Makes you wonder what kind of chance she has in growing up.,

this article sounds ridiculous. i cannot imagine that any child of tom cruise’s is going to be allowed to just sit and watch tv all night! i mean, c’mon… even if there are these so-called scientology videos, tom wouldn’t let his kid rot away in front a tv, and suri probably wouldn’t be interested in those kinds of videos anyway! i would believe that her life was disrupted by tom’s schedule, and that katie is working hard to get her on a regular schedule b/c she’ll need that in order to be able to manage school… but the rest, sounds ridiculous.

Katie H doesn’t Tom to indocrinate Suri to Scientology but now she enrolled Suri in a convent. A Catholic schoo that is so strict. They said that Lady Gaga and Paris Hilton went to that school too. Look at these two, they both seem to rebelling!
I hope Suri will not end up like Paris H who is a brat and did a sex video too.

Suri has been raised within a cult, it’s not her fault that she acts the way she does. Remember, the little girl is only 6 years old so give her a break. With that said, I am so very happy that her mother divorced Tom Cruise and got herself and her daughter away from that sinister cult. I wish them all the best in their new life. I have to agree with Katie. Tom’s life style isn’t good for any child to be around. Katie is doing the best thing possible for Suri. This child has to learn what the real world is like. And I say a Catholic school is the best place for Suri to get a good foundation in discipline and learning how we have to behave in our lives. Suri, also has to learn that we don’t always get everything we want, even if Daddy is a billionaire. This child has so much to learn in such a short time. It’s to bad that katie didn’t remove herself & Suri sooner, as it looks and sounds like Suri could use a good year of training before she starts school!! One thing neither of her parents have done her any favors up until Katie whisked her off to NYC!
