From a sexy, low-cut LBD at the Project Runway party to a bedazzled blue and black sequined frock on the Late Night show, the 39-year-old model certainly put her best foot forward to commemorate such a milestone in two sexy looks!
While Heidi was first seen sporting a sexy, low-cut mini earlier in the evening, she later made an appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon in a stunning leopard print long-sleeved Jenny Packham dress, which she paired with leggings. She went for a more conservative look as she talked with Jimmy Fallon about the successes of her reality show through the years.
