Vanessa and hubby Nick Lachey, who are expecting a boy in early fall, celebrated their first anniversary by going out to dinner at The Little Door restaurant in Los Angeles. The expectant mom looked gorgeous for the romantic evening — but were her sky high stiletto heels a bit too much? Tell us what you think!

Please dont wear high heels while pregnant. If u fall u could hurt ur baby.

I am 6 months pregnant and wear heels everyday. Im sure all those who work at hollywoodlife in a PR/corporate environment also wore heels while pregnant. If you wore them before you were pregnant and never had a problem, I do not see the problem wearing them while pregnant. I promise you I more stable in heels then most are in sneakers. I think it depends on the person, if you can’t walk in heels normally DO NOT wear them pregnant. The baby isn’t going to come out early because she put on a pair of heels!!

@Anna pregnancy isn’t a disability so most healthy pregnant women can continue to wear heals it’s not that big of a deal. besides that stars or in this case so called ones have events where heals are neccessary award shows charity bennefits ectera because they are wearing evening gowns so flats would look tacky. look for example at Meryl Streep when she won her first best actress oscar in April 1983 at 5.5 months pregnant she wore 3 1/2 in heals and was perfectly fine so why can’t somebody like Vanessa Minnillo

I don’t understand. Wearing hills while pregnant is the same as wearing hills while carrying a newborn…..you just wouldn’t do it. Beyonce wore hills her whole pregnancy and as soon as the baby comes she switches to sneakers……..-_- please don’t pretend to care now

I don’t understand why these celebrities feel the need to wear high high heels when pregnant. Your first concern should be for your child. I have no respect for them at all. it’s stupid plain and simple.
