Tom has been video chatting with daughter Suri since Katie filed for divorce on June 29, according to a new report.
A huge portion of the divorce settlement between Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes revolves around Suri, 6, and her custody, but for both parents, phone and video chat sessions are unlimited.
“It’s all part of the divorce settlement that Tom will be allowed to video chat with Suri. Likewise, when Suri is with Tom, Katie can video chat with her,” a source told Radar Online on July 16.
“Tom and Katie were advised that this could be a very useful tool to help Suri with the adjustment of her parents getting divorced. Tom and Suri have been video chatting and Tom just lights up when her face appears on the computer screen. Tom and Suri also communicate on the telephone and there is no limit on the contact for either parent. If Suri wants to talk to Tom she will call him, with help of course,” the source says.
“Over 75% of the settlement documents deal with Suri and the custody agreement.”
Tom plans to see Suri in person as soon as possible.

It’s always the children who suffer when parents divorced. Tom loves Suri and Suri loves him too.

You love his wealth and power – you don’t even know the man to love him. He may be a great actor but that does not make him a great man – he has a lot to answer for in his personal life. Very controlling.

KARMA!!! now he knows how Nicole Kidman would have felt when he did not allow her to see her two children from their marriage – he was not so forthcoming – in fact he ruined the relationship between Mother and kids – but did he care? not one iota – he is a control freak and there is only one reason he let Katie have Suri because there is every chance he is not her biological father, whereas Katie is her biological Mother. Otherwise he would have done to Katie exactly what he did to Nicole. We all know that. Shame on you Tom, for what you did to Nicole, Connor and Bella. Totally selfish. KARMA!
