After the tragic jet ski accident that left Usher’s stepson Kyle brain dead, the R&B singer wants to settle the epic custody battle with his ex once and for all.
Immediately following the July 7 accident in which the 11-year-old was struck in the head by a jet ski, Usher still wanted to stick to his original custody offer — 50/50 with a small increase in child support. After Tameka‘s firm disagreement, Usher is ready to change his mind and settle up.
Usher met with his lawyers early in the week of July 9 to make a new agreement that would give Tameka majority custody, sources close to the couple told TMZ.
Although the exact breakdown of the custody was not specified, the sources say that Usher is raising his amount of child support “significantly.”
Usher knows that Tameka is dealing with a lot of pain right now, and he wants to settle all of the custody drama amid the tragedy that has effected their entire family. Although Tameka hasn’t received the settlement yet, the sources say she is open to a “reasonable settlement.”

I always thought usher was a good man and this confirmed it even tho their going thru a little battle he raced to be by their side that’s what u call a real man with a huge heart my condolence goes out to the family and usher you gets mad respect from me keep bring the man u are always me,your,biggest fan,luv ya man
