To celebrate the Beverly Hills Hotel’s 100th Anniversary, Cointreau and International Queen of Burlesque, Dita Von Teese, launched The Cointreau Poolside Soirees, a series of glamorous cocktail parties that replicated a century’s worth of star-studded events at the iconic hotel.

Dita Von Teese kicked off The Cointreau Poolside Soiree (and subsequent 7 week series, July 13-August 25th) with a never before seen special sultry performance created specifically for the event on July 11, incorporating sultry moves, elaborate props and a custom-made costume created by British fashion designer, Jenny Packham.

Dita’s performance paid homage to Margarita Sames, the bon vivant Dallas socialite known for her lavish entertaining, while also taking inspiration from the Golden Age of Hollywood.

Synchronized swimming sensations, the Aqualillies, also performed a captivating swim routine in and around the pool, costumed in 1950s-styled swimsuits.

To kick off the launch Cointreau’s summer bar cart cocktail program at the Beverly Hills Hotel, mixologists were on-hand to craft signature Cointreau drinks like the Original Margarita, Sunset Margarita, Cointreau Cobbler and Cointreau, Lime & Soda in a fashion reminiscent of the classic style of cocktail making.

Trust us HollywoodLifers, It was a great time for all involved!
