The stars of ‘Giuliana & Bill’ are hitting the books before their baby boy’s upcoming arrival! After battling failed fertility treatments, breast cancer, and a miscarriage, the E! News anchor and her entrepreneur hubby can’t wait to bring home their bundle of joy.
The heart-wrenching story of Giuliana Rancic‘s struggle to get pregnant and her battle with breast cancer captivated our hearts during their reality show, Giuliana and Bill. Since she and her husband Bill Rancic found out their dreams of starting a family were finally coming true, the happy couple has been doing everything they can to prepare for their new baby!
“We’re kind of in rush mode!” Bill told Us Weekly.
The couple is expecting their first baby via gestational surrogate, due in late August. The first-time parents announced last month during their lavish baby shower that their new bundle of joy is going to be a boy!
But before their son comes home, they want to make sure they are more than prepared.
“We’re gearing up! We had a lesson on swaddling last night and we had another one on changing diapers,” Bill said. ”We’re enrolling in classes and stuff. We’re getting prepped! We’re getting it all in before the little guy comes.”
After several rounds of failed IFV treatments and a miscarriage, Giuliana discovered she had breast cancer in September 2011, undergoing a double-mastectomy in December 2011. With only two frozen embryos, the couple used a surrogate as a “last option,” Bill said, and they announced their good news in April on Today.
But Giuliana is healthy and happier than ever, and Bill said she’s “over the moon” to take on her dream job — being a mommy!

Bill will be a hands-on, involved father, while Giuliana, the twit, will hire nannies to take care of her part so she can continue with her fashion line and travel. Giuliana is self-centered and will not give up her time for this baby! Are you kidding? She’ll use her son as a fashion accessory and to get attention, even if she’s not doing any of the hard stuff. Just wait. When you see Giuliana days and weeks after the baby comes, she’ll still be in full makeup, with false eyelashes, false fingernails, fake hair extensions and ugly stilettos. She will not give up anything for this child. It was what Bill wanted, not her. Go ahead and leave nasty comments. I DO NOT CARE. Everyone here knows it’s the truth.
