Arie’s ex speaks out for the first time and is warning Emily NOT to pick him! She says he’s bad news and won’t be a good father! Read on for more details!

Arie Luyendyk Jr. may give off a good boy image on the Bachelorette, but his ex Cassie Harshman says it’s all just an act.

“Arie has dated hundreds of women and travels all over the world,” Cassie, 27, tells Star magazine. “Clearly, he doesn’t need help finding a date or someone to fall in love with.”

Cassie and Arie began dating in 2009. Arie moved in with the yoga instructor and her two kids from a previous relationship not too long after. Their relationship ended for good in December 2011. While on the Bachelorette Arie claims to know how to be a good father, Cassie says he wasn’t with her kids.

“He wasn’t the best father figure to my children,” she tells the mag. “Let’s just say that Arie has some growing up to do himself.”

This is definitely something Emily Maynard, 26, should take note of considering the man she picks will be a dad to her seven-year-old daughter Ricki. Cassie goes on to tell the mag that Arie only did the reality dating TV show for fame.

“He hasn’t raced much since 2008, and I know with certainty that his only motive for going on the show was for the fame and attention,” she says.

Yikes! Even though Emily reportedly ends up with Jef Holm — we’re sad to hear that Arie isn’t exactly the catch he seems to be.
