Kris Humphries has found himself in a pretty sticky situation.
Just he prepares to take Kim Kardashian to court, his alleged girlfriend, Myla Sinanaj, comes out and says she’s having his baby! And a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Kris is being advised to settle in his divorce.
Radaronline.com also reported that Kris is being pushed to throw in the towel.
“Kris’ lies have severely damaged his divorce case against Kim Kardashian,” a source tells Radaronline.com. “Kris is now being advised to settle with Kim and move on. Proving that the marriage was fraudulent, and he got duped into it will be a very, very hard argument to win at trial. Kris is still hell bent on going to trial. He wants to publicly humiliate Kim as much as possible. What Kris doesn’t seem to grasp is that he could end up paying for Kim’s legal fees if the judge rules against him.”
However, Kris reportedly won’t let this go without a fight. A source tells the New York Post that Kris is more than willing to take a paternity test when the baby is born.
“He will ask for a paternity test when the baby is born. He had been claiming that their relationship was pretty casual, that she was a ‘booty call’ girl,” a source tells The Post.
A source close to the situation also tells HollywoodLife.com that if the baby is Kris’, he will take responsibility — even if his family is not happy with the news.
Yikes! It will definitely be interesting to see how this plays out. Kris already gave his deposition in Minnesota, and next in line is Kim, but that could change with Myla’s baby on the way. Hmm!
