Kris Humphries has found himself in a pretty sticky situation.
Just he prepares to take Kim Kardashian to court, his alleged girlfriend, Myla Sinanaj, comes out and says she’s having his baby! And a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Kris is being advised to settle in his divorce.
Radaronline.com also reported that Kris is being pushed to throw in the towel.
“Kris’ lies have severely damaged his divorce case against Kim Kardashian,” a source tells Radaronline.com. “Kris is now being advised to settle with Kim and move on. Proving that the marriage was fraudulent, and he got duped into it will be a very, very hard argument to win at trial. Kris is still hell bent on going to trial. He wants to publicly humiliate Kim as much as possible. What Kris doesn’t seem to grasp is that he could end up paying for Kim’s legal fees if the judge rules against him.”
However, Kris reportedly won’t let this go without a fight. A source tells the New York Post that Kris is more than willing to take a paternity test when the baby is born.
“He will ask for a paternity test when the baby is born. He had been claiming that their relationship was pretty casual, that she was a ‘booty call’ girl,” a source tells The Post.
A source close to the situation also tells HollywoodLife.com that if the baby is Kris’, he will take responsibility — even if his family is not happy with the news.
Yikes! It will definitely be interesting to see how this plays out. Kris already gave his deposition in Minnesota, and next in line is Kim, but that could change with Myla’s baby on the way. Hmm!

The paternity test will prove whether or not this baby is Kris Humphries baby. If this girl is as they claim she is, it is very possible that it belongs to someone other than Kris. Still team Kris H all the way. He was duped not matter what anyone else says.

So what if he went with Myla 2 mo. after the split. He accussed Kim of cheating with Kanye becuz she started seeing him in Apr. He was just looking for an excuse to accuse Kim of something. The point is he lied BIG TIME. He said he wasnt going to see anyone until after the divorce was final. And he lied to his supporters for 5 1/2 mo. If he was so heartbroken, why did he start seeing Myla and jumping into bed with her and take her to games, to meet his family and on vacation to Miami? This shows that his marriage meant nothing to him. He was only using Kim from the beginning and now hes trying to say she was the one who used him. If he really thinks he can win this he is a lot more pigheaded than ppl realized. Rather ppl like it or not, unless he signs the papers, he is dragging Myla and his unborn child into this. Just like Khloe said, who cares who is he banging after the separation. He was separated for 2 mths before he went with that girl, so what is the big deal. If he had proof, he wouldve leaked it by now like everything else. He wasnt just rebounding. He was having unprotected sex & a 5 month relationship with this girl. He flew her to this games, she sat court side, she met his parents, vacationed & tweeted with her sister. This was a full blown relationship & the fact that hes in contact with her now shows he lied about the extortion, that his lawyer did call her job to try to get them to fire her by saying she’s a prostitute & all these other things.
He just wants to humiliate Kim. No other agenda but that. He’s a loser who hid behind religion & being a good person when in reality none of those things were true or even party of why he wants an annulment.
He needs to cut his losses & move on. He’s just making himself look worse.

Kris has been exposed at every turn and he still continues with this mess, he needs to sign the papers and move on, this shows what a total loser he is. Kim does not want him, they both rushed in with their eyes closed, they are both responsible for the debacle, he needs to take responsibility like she did and move on. No judge will rule in his favor short of him having a tape with Kim saying it was all a fraud, he could not have been that heart broken because he moved right along, and was having unprotected sex with someone he claimed not to have any feelings for, this alone shows that his judgement is out the window. I hope he has a daughter so he can start figuring out the importance of respecting women, he treated that girl like sh*t for his own selfish reason. God is exposing him daily, he better get it together.

You’re not getting the point. Kim was not the one who pretended she was heartbroken & said that she wouldnt date until the divorce was final. Her actions are irrelevant because she was not the one playing the victim, saying she was defrauded & emotionally devastated, heartbroken, & could not go on.
