Katie Holmes, 33, is staring in and co-producing the upcoming movie Molly, about a single mom and her daughter. Sound familiar?
For the last couple of months, presumably while Katie was thinking about her divorce from Tom Cruise, she was also thinking about her next career move. Katie co-wrote and will star and co-produce Molly. The movie will film in New York City through August, reports People.
Katie seems to be throwing herself into work as her divorce drama heats up, with their six-year-old daughter Suri is the focus of a heated custody battle.
Wonder if art will imitate life in this new flick.
