Bonnie! She never filed that application. That was a rumor only. Her attorney is on record of saying that’s not true. Calm down. There’s enough drama without websites promoting false information.

Please, no one is buying that. Nice try, though. But, Tom Cruise having David Miscavige as a best friend is far more troubling than anything Katie is doing. Scientology’s leader, David Miscavige has some serious problems including a missing wife!! Where is she?? And what about the death of scientologist Lisa McPherson all those years ago? Former scientologist Mark Ruthban stated that under the orders of David Miscavige he destroyed important records that would have implicated him in her death. The least of Tom’s problems is Katie! His biggest problem is David Miscavige!! He’s a mess!

i really don’t think tom was blindsided by the divorce filing. my guess is that he was waiting for it and didn’t want to be the instigator of his third divorce filing. however, i do think he probably was blindsided by all of the maticulous planning and maneuvering that katie and her team did. she is open and kind and the idea that she was doing all of this maneuvering behind his back probably never occured to him. he probably thought it was gonna be just some bland divorce filing asking for joint custody blah blah blah… not a complete stonewall of him. in any case, the guy thinks he’s smarter and more equipped than anyone other than LRH himself- so, he isn’t going to just sit around and take this. my prayers are with katie and suri to survive his wrath, and especially suri to avoid that cult. i’ve read more and more about it since this stuff has happened, and the more i read, the more scared i get.

Tom has every right to see and parent his daughter. Just because you do not agree with some of his philosophical beliefs, is no reason to descrimate against the poor guy! This is America.
it is up to both Tom and Katie to parent Suri and they can each instill their own philosophies about life and Suri will choose. STOP GANGING UP ON TOM!
Tom’s team has been professional and put Suri’s needs first by not making public declarations.

if katie lets tom take suri for a trip for ice cream right now, guess what- he doesn’t have to return her. the guy has legitimate reasons to be in and out of the country, all over it. he could take suri with him, and katie would have no recourse. all she’s doing is getting an order in place to set boundaries. by the way, i don’t think any side has been worse than the other— it’s the media and people like me that are doing the scientology spin, that we all believe. don’t blame it on katie. also, to call tom cruise “poor guy” is laughable- he has more power than you or i will ever know. more than katie will ever know. that’s why katie is so scared and just wants some rules laid down by a judge before she lets her daughter out of her sight. can you imagine the horror? nicole’s kids barely speak to her, and they call her “nicole”… the youngest was exactly suri’s age when tom blindsided nicole with this divorce stuff. how would that make you feel in katie’s shoes? pretty damn scared…

This is not about philosophical beliefs. Do you read much? This is way deeper than what to feed your child or what religion to raise your child in. Come on!
Of course Tom has a right to see his child. She’s not denying him from seeing her. Where do you get this crap information? Seriously.
Stop spewing untruths. Katie hasn’t done anything but decide she doesn’t want to be married to Tom anymore. She has every right to live her life the ways she wants unencumbered by anyone. She has free will and is practicing it.
Hardly professional behavior for Tom’s team to go on record as saying she didn’t file because of Scientology, but something else. Then his attorney stated they’d say what that something else was soon enough. Games. Games. And more games.
After hearing Tom’s attorney speak I hope Katie gets full custody.
