A new report claims Selena Gomez, 19, and Justin Bieber’s rumored troubles began around the time of Ashley Tisdale‘s party in Malibu, Calif., on July 2. Even though there were pictures of the 19-year-old pop star smiling and being carried by Justin’s BFF Alfredo Flores, behind her sunglasses were reportedly tears.
“[Selena] was crying about Justin and was upset,” a source tells People.
But HollywoodLife.com has learned exclusively that the two have troubles just like any regular couple. Arguments have stemmed from people in Justin’s camp pressuring him to focus on his career rather than love, but romantic Justin is dedicated to Selena. People around Justin, 18, don’t want him to make the mistake his mentor Usher did by getting married too young. ”They don’t want him to go down a similar path.”
However, our source assures us that they aren’t headed towards a permanent split any time soon.
“They are fine,” a source tells us.
Because of work demands, Justin and Selena haven’t been spending much time together, our source tells us.
We’re sad to hear Selena was reportedly crying at Ashley’s party, but the two must have worked out their issues because they were spotted having a romantic Thai dinner in L.A. on July 5!
