Tom boarded a private jet at 2am on July 3 to fly from Iceland to California — do you think he’ll see Katie?
Tom Cruise is coming back to face the drama with Katie Holmes. The actor has been shooting his new movie Oblivion in Iceland but he’s now back in the US.
According to US Weekly, Tom flew on his 50th birthday from Reykjavik airport to L.A. Even though Katie is in NYC, Tom reportedly went straight to his $30 million Beverly Hills mansion.
Katie filed for divorce on June 28 and requested sole and physical custody of their six-year-old daughter Suri Cruise.

Katie knew about his religion when she met him. Suri should be able to live with Tom, because Katie broke up the family.
