One of Katy Perry‘s most emotional moments in life is revealed in her Part of Me movie.
The 27-year-old pop star breaks down and sobs when she realizes her marriage with ex-husband Russell Brand, 37, is reaching an end — before she has to get on stage for a Brazilian concert.
While this was clearly difficult for Katy, she says that she was so open about it in her movie because she had nothing to hide.

I’m a little confused. I haven’t seen the movie yet, but I’ve been told that she was upset about the marriage before her Brazilian concert, which was in September. Russell Brand didn’t file until December, in the meantime, he attended her birthday party, got another tattoo with her, seen several times in public together etc., even though rumors said they were in trouble. I’ve also heard that he didn’t want to come see her, but I saw on gossips sites that they were together a lot between September and December (not enough to keep a marriage together, but not as bad as I hear this movie tells it). I keep hearing that before the Brazil concert, she heard he wanted out and that’s why she was upset, crying, and had to try really hard to pull it together to go on stage. But that’s almost three months before he actually filed. And wasn’t she in Hawaii with friends when he filed? Not trying to get anyone upset…just confused on the timing that the movie projects.
