HollywoodLife.com chatted EXCLUSIVELY with The Hunger Games star about her recent flicks and what she hopes her future holds — and that’s a gun!
Elizabeth Banks already has a lot of meaty roles under her belt, but that doesn’t mean the People Like Us actress is throwing in the towel any time soon! “I have a lot of gas left in my tank. I have a lot of boxes to check off, and who knows what will come next,” she told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. But it’s something else she told us that has us really excited!
Another thing we spoke about — and can look forward to in the talented actress’ future — is The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, the film adaptation of the second book in Suzanne Collins‘ trilogy. When asked if she’s had any involvement in the film’s characters, Finnick or Joanna, Elizabeth said, “No, I think the process has, so far, picked so many amazing casting choices, that I am going to trust the process! I don’t know who is coming, but I can’t wait to meet them!”
The 38-year-old actress has given us quite a few memorable roles, but she really wants to mix it up when we see her next, as she told us, “I would like something psycho-sexual, like a cool David Lynch movie, or something! I have never done anything like that,” adding, “I would love to play a gangster, I would love to kill some people, I think that would be fun.”
