Huge news: Our Bon Temps buddies will return in 2013 for another season of action, suspense — and freaky vampire sex!
We’re only four episodes into True Blood‘s fifth season, but the Authority — aka HBO — has already renewed it through 2013! The catch, of course, is that current showrunner Alan Ball will not retain his position moving forward, leaving those duties in the hands of co-executive producer Mark Hudis.
HBO also renewed its latest polarizing series, The Newsroom, for a second season.
