Erin Andrews earned recognition through her roles as co-host of College GameDay on ESPN and a contributor for Good Morning America on the ABC, but now Erin is heading to Fox and she may land a role on X Factor!
Erin, 34, will host a new Fox Saturday prime-time college football show that will debut Sept. 1, Fox announced on Saturday June 30!
With Erin’s trade off to Fox, her chances of appearing on ABC’s All-Star edition of Dancing With the Stars are squashed! A source close to the situation exclusively tells HollywoodLife.com that ABC wouldn’t want to enhance her star status if it doesn’t benefit their network!
On a brighter note, the source suggests that Fox may offer Erin a role as host of X Factor!
The source adds, “It would be a negotiating tool for Fox to acquire her services.”
Fox is reportedly looking for two hosts for the second season of X Factor — one male, one female!
