Katie has filed for divorce from Tom citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ and is seeking sole legal custody of their daughter, Suri, in order to protect her from Scientology ‘freaks.’
Our inside source tells us that Katie Holmes filed for divorce from Tom Cruise in order to protect their daughter Suri, 6, from Scientology.
“Katie wants sole custody of Suri. She doesn’t want Tom polluting her with Scientology,” our source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She basically wants to protect her daughter and keep her away from all these freaks!”
According to TMZ, Katie, 33, filed for divorce from Tom, 49, who was “blindsided” by her move and “did not see this coming.” Their report adds that this divorce is from some “nastiness.”
Katie filed for divorce in New York on June 28, citing “irreconcilable differences” and is asking for sole legal custody and “primary residential custody” of Suri.

I always hate to hear the words divorce ESP when their are children. If a married couple can’t live & love each other it’s always best to device. Exposing children to fighting is very frightening and causes nightmares. How well I know coming from parents that divorced, really messed with my mind along time. There are reasons which is supposedly due to religion, I don’t know (rumers) but one should always get on with their lives.The word God has been removed from almost everything even the word higher power seems to damage inner ears. Leave it to the judge. Kate can take care of herself shes a great actor & woman. Tom seems to have had a LONG run with women before he married this tall beauty. She is a very loving mother and only wants what is best for her daughter. The only thing is little girls ESP really love daddy unless he has damaged the relationship in some way. Lets watch it play out in court. Stop the cameras & finger shaking, mind your own business lord knows if your not then who is? Just my opinion.
