Kim wore a long white shirt with white jeans to her monthly appointment while Kanye donned all black! Ironically, their outfits mirrored that of a bride and groom!
Kim looked happy as could be while the paparazzi flashed away, but Kanye didn’t look too amused by the heavy attention!
