Lady Gaga surprised her fans in Melbourne with a performance of her newest song, ‘Princess Die!’ Watch her performance and find out all the details of the new track!
Lady Gaga has a new song to die for! Fans at Lady Gaga’s Melbourne concert were gifted with a surprise performance by Mother Monster as she debuted a new track “Princess Die.” The track may or may not be included on her new album!
“I wrote it a little while ago, and I’ve never ever played it for anyone,” Lady Gaga told the crowd. “This song is a little sad. But it’s about some of the most deep and personal thoughts I’ve ever had. It’s called ‘Princess Die,’ D-I-E.”
The lyrics are a bit dark as they go, ”Leave the coffin open when I go/And leave my pearls and lipstick on so everybody knows/Pretty will be the photograph I leave/Laying down on famous knives so everybody sees/I wish that I was strong/I wish that I was wrong/I wish that I could cope, but I took pills and left a note.”
Lady Gaga, 26, continued crooning, “I’ll do it in the swimming pool so everybody sees.”
Lady Gaga declares that the new song is “in no way reflective of the rest of the music” on her upcoming album!

i was at the Melbourne concert when she sang this one, And yes, it was a little sad and she teared up while singing it. She was just beautiful and so soulful and she really put her heart into it. I think it was something she needed to say, like her clip for Marry the Night where she says that she suffered and tried to end it because no one understood her and now she has millions of Little Monsters (i am one of them) to show their support. The song was amazing and very heart felt. Love you gaga
