Neighbors alerted authorities when they heard the bodies of the two young boys hit the ground, but unfortunately the boys died before help arrived — how awful!
This photo was taken from a chilling surveillance tape moments after Galina Ryabkova threw her two sons, age 4 and 7, off the 15th floor balcony of her apartment building. According to a report, Galina said she was “fed up” with her sons and “decided to get rid of them.”
The Daily Mail reports that Galina and her husband, who was away on business, lived on the 8th floor of the apartment building. Galina allegedly took her sons up to the 15th floor and threw them off the balcony on June 24.
One neighbor in the apartment said he awoke to his wife telling him that children had fallen off of the building. As the couple ran out to see the children lying on the street, they saw Galina exiting the building. “We asked her if these were her children and she replied emotionlessly, ‘Yes, I threw them away.’”
In the surveillance video below, an eerily calm Galina is seen surrounded by neighbors in an attempt to keep her from escaping the lobby. Galina will be sent to a psychiatric hospital to undergo tests.

More and more children are murdered and the killers dont get sent to jail because of “Mental Probelms”. They should all be locked up in a cell!!!
