Barbara confronted Rielle on June 26 after reading an accusation in Rielle’s book in which she claims Barbara yelled and screamed at her for not doing an interview back in 2010 — read on for the shocking details and to watch the video!

Barbara Walters wants to set the record straight. John Edward‘s infamous mistress Rielle Hunter took center stage on the June 26 episode of The View and it was an epic cat fight between Rielle and the longtime news woman.

Barbara told Rielle that she had a “bone to pick” with her when she read in the book What Really Happened: John Edwards, Our Daughter and Me. Because in the book it claims that Barbara yelled at Rielle when she told her that she wanted to do an interview with Oprah for spiritual reasons.

“I’ve made people cry,” Barbara said. “But never screamed.”

But Rielle stood her ground and said: “I remember that differently. You were about to go away on vacation and you didn’t want to lose my interview before you went away on vacation. This is not the first time nor will it be the last that two people remember an event differently.”
