Kris Humphries' Divorce Deposition Happening Right Now

Kris is being questioned in Minnesota by Kim Kardashian’s lawyer Laura Wasser, HollywoodLife.com can EXCLUSIVELY report! The divorce trial is on!

Kris Humphries is currently being deposed by Kim Kardashian‘s lawyer Laura Wasser in their divorce trial!

Kris, 27, is speaking to the legal team now, HollywoodLife.com can EXCLUSIVELY report. This June 25 session is sure to dig up plenty of new info!

As we previously reported, Kris has been looking forward to the deposition to end this chapter of his life.

“Kris is looking forward for this to be over,” a source close to the Humphries’ family tells HollywoodLife.com. “He doesn’t fear depositions. He doesn’t fear it being televised. There’s nothing to fear when you’re being honest.”

The deposition is expected to last all day.

Once Kim and Kris give their sides of the story, eyewitnesses like Kim’s boyfriend Kanye West could be called in for questioning.

It’s definitely going to be a heated summer with this trial in the works.

He is been used by the kartrashian and dumped as soon as they get what they wanted and it is just right that he filed for an annulment because obviously it is fake.

He wanted to clear the issue and give a closure so he can move on with his life.

I am not at all a Kardashian fan..especially Kris Jenner. They could be the worst role models in pop-culture history. Most of their fans can’t communicate intelligently, spell, or even form a decent sentence. It’s true. As a marketing major, I’ve done the research. That said, Kris H. will have a tough time proving fraud. I do believe he was duped, and he has every right to request an annulment. Kris Jenner is incredibly manipulative and shady as evidenced in their reality show, her tell-all book, and Kendall’s latest confession to Oprah. It is evident Kris H. was hesitantly going along with the program, mainly to gain acceptance by a domineering family. Kim K. didn’t even have the decency to discuss her decision to dissolve her marriage with Kris H. before he heard it from the media. Many actions (including Kim’s sole disposition of wedding gifts) smell of fraud. California is a no fault divorce State. They only care about the issue of annulment and community property. But, if there’s ample evidence to show Kim’s intent was to continue with the ceremony anyway knowing her feelings had changed, that could be construed as a ratings grab, and an annulment could very well be granted.

I guess he will as honest as he was when he saisd he had no idea who Myla was. You see before Kris dated Kim he used to say he hated them and thought that his girlfriend Bianca at the time was better looking than Kim. So when he got a chance to date Kim he jumped at the chance. So what were his motives at that time. When you dislike person you go out with them and within a few months you propose to them. Unfortunately people have blinded by their hate for Kim and have not followed the trail of Kris Humphrees’ motives from the beginning. All I could say is that they should never have gotten married and Kris should not have dragged this mess for so long.

Kris won’t be grilled about Myla my mom is a lawyer and the court couldn’t are less about Kris’ or Kims extra activities she had filed for a divorce so it doesn’t matter who they see after that_ if he wanted to he could date anyone a day after she filed for a divorce so your reports are wrong…Haven’t you guys heard of MOVING FORWARD

Kim said she married for love. Right. WHat woman in love has a planned 2 days honeymoon with cameras in toes. Then go back to NY and lives with sister, Scott and baby, then. SHe had 6 mths to make sure there was no business clashes with the wedding. She simply wanted the fairy tale wedding for the love of the sponsors money. Should the marriage be deemed fraud she will have to return all the money made and we will see who lied only because Kris J said that she did not make any money. I think you’ve reached the wrong conclusion. Both are attention whores. Case in point:

Kim is constantly posting half naked pictures of herself on Twitter. It is Kim who makes her life public for the world to view for money, fame, and attention. I could go on, but I have a feeling you’re too obsessed with them to make any logical conclusions.

Last thing, Kim lost her virginity at the age of 14 and got pissed on a sex tape in which she made money off. So, not only is she an attention whore, but a slut and a porn star.
