The shocking fight between Drake and Chris Brown‘s entourages on June 14 at WIP nightclub in New York City has been shrouded in mystery, but now an insider source close to the situation tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Drake’s camp started ALL of the drama!
The insider source reveals that the scene went down while Chris, 23, and his girlfriend Karrueche Tran were sitting with the club owner at 3:30 AM. Chris had been at the club several times before without any incident.
Drake, 25, entered with 8 huge bodyguards in white tank tops — and insiders feel that Drake knew Chris would be there. Now they’re wondering if he came into the club looking for trouble!?
According to the source, one of the bodyguards came over to Chris’ table and verbally assaulted him. Chris took this as the cue to leave, and as he got up to go with Karrueche and his group of friend – in order to dodge confrontation! that’s when the bottles started flying at him.
