Kris Jenner – you are now my candidate for Worst Mother of the Year! If you had any involvement in encouraging Kim Kardashian to make her 2003 sex tape or had a hand in marketing it then you have earned that notorious award.

Kris Jenner – a new report, out today on TMZ.com says that you not only directed a then 22-year-old Kim Kardashian to make a sex tape, but to re-shoot it because it wasn’t “pretty enough.”

Apparently Kim confided this to her estranged husband Kris Humphries when they were married, according to the report, and Kris told his now ex-girlfriend, Myla Sinanaj, who presumably told someone who leaked that shocking tidbit to the site.

Now HollywoodLife.com has a source close to the situation that tells us exclusively that  Kris, you “figured out how to capitalize on”  the tape. “Kris Humphries was shocked when he learned this, you never expect someone’s mom to do this,” says the source.

No Kris, you certainly don’t. You don’t expect any mother to help her daughter market and capitalize on a sex tape, let alone make it.

It’s almost beyond the realm of comprehension. Mothers are supposed to protect their daughters and support them, not exploit them, especially sexually.

I don’t think I know any moms who would even have the stomach to watch their daughter in a sex tape. Do you? No, instead, they would do everything in their power to prevent their daughters being videotaped in a sex tape that was made either in private or horrors – for public consumption.

But Kris, you aren’t a normal mother. You are a “momager,” committed to managing your daughters’ careers and exploiting them in any way you can and you’ve demonstrated multiple times that exploiting the sexuality of your girls – no matter what their ages – is your business strategy.

We saw Kim cry on the phone in an episode of Kourtney & Kim Take New York, when she saw photos of herself totally naked on the cover of W magazine. She accused you of allowing the magazine to show her nipples and full bare butt and you assured her that it was tasteful and fabulous for her career.

Now recently you’ve been busy featuring your teen daughters, Kendall, 16, and Kylie, 14, in multiple bikini and video shoots. You just filmed a family video where everyone is dancing to the song “Hypnotize” and it very prominently features closeup shots of Kim, Kendall and Kylie’s shaking booties. It’s blatant sexual exploitation.

Now let’s get back to Kim’s sex tape. No matter how much Kim protested that she was outraged when her sex tape went public, LA attorney, Mychal Wilson tells HollywoodLife.com that Kim had to have given her consent for it to be sold. “It is illegal for an unauthorized non-party to sell a sex tape without the participating party(s’) consent as it violates a right to privacy. Any individual who participates in a sex tape MUST give their consent for it to be distributed publicly,” he explains.

In other words, Kim HAD to have given her permission for her Ray J sex tape to be sold, according to top attorney Wilson.

And Kris – as her manager you had to have at the very least been aware of the selling of that tape, that’s why our source insists that you “figured out how to capitalize on it.” Now that’s Worst Mom of the Year material!

Adds a friend of Ray J to HollywoodLife.com, “Both Ray J and Kim leaked the tape, ” the source claims. “They made that tape on purpose and that purpose was fame! Kim was all for it and then when the tape became public she acted like she was really upset. Everyone on the inside knew that it was all an act. She wanted to be famous like Paris, and it worked.”

Well Kris and Kim, it definitely worked. Kim has had fame and fortune ever since.

But Kris, that doesn’t mean that you have acted in the best interests of your daughter. Fame and fortune aren’t everything!
