Halle Berry‘s continued child custody battle with baby daddy Gabriel Aubry has come to a lofty payout of $20,000 a month to help raise four-year-old Nahla.
TMZ learned that lawyers for Halle, 45, and Gabriel, 35, were in court on June 18 where the family law judge ordered the actress to her baby daddy the huge sum.
Halle is now engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez, 46. The report says that both sides are still battling and will take it to court over whether Halle can take Nahla and move to Paris.
