Kristen Stewart walked the red carpet in a modernly messy bun that was all about volume! Kristen, 22, wore the look effortlessly! The style is just casual enough to wear for day or night.
To get a look like K-Stew’s, you need to start with extreme volume and texture. Blow dry hair using your fingers to rough it up a bit. Once dry, use a product like Shu Uemura Volume Maker Invisible Texturizing Powder. It’s a precision hair powder brush that imparts lift, texture and body. Click the button at the end of the brush at the roots and massage into hair with your fingers. Backcomb at the crown for extra oomph. Gather hair in a high ponytail, keeping front strands loose and voluminous and secure with an elastic. Wrap the ponytail around the elastic and pin to create a bun. Rough up the bun so it’s undone.
