Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian Divorce Settlement

Things might get real bad for Kris in his divorce with Kim, as his angry ex Myla has just been brought into the mix with a subpoena. Should he be worried?

Kris Humphries tried as hard as he could to keep his alleged relationship with Myla Sinanaj under wraps because he knew the sort of damage it could do to his divorce case against Kim Kardashian. But it didn’t work: Kim’s team has issued Myla with a subpoena.

TMZ reports that Kim’s lawyer wants to know if Kris said anything about the marriage to Myla that may defraud his claims that Kim left him “devastated” after she filed divorce papers, which is the sole reasoning behind his $7 million demand. Kim’s lawyer also wants details on hundreds of texts and e-mails exchanged between Myla and Kris.

Myla’s lawyer, Joe Tacopina, accepted the subpoena on her behalf and told TMZ that she will fully comply with the order. Looks like this could be the end of Kris’ case.

Just another scare tactic on Kim’s part. Stay strong Kris, do not give into this woman. She has so much more to lose than you. If she had have a brain she would cut her loses, give Kris the annulment, suffer a little more backlash and then move on. She is one pathetic crazy person. Kris H’s lawyers should also subpoena kanye West ex Amber because she knows exactly that Kim Whore and Kanye West have been sleeping together even if Kim is still married to Kris H.

Well lets see Kim doesn’t seem to be hiding her relationship with Kanye. She really can’t hide anything because she’s so famous and is followed by paparrazi all the time. Kris on the other hand has taken drastic measures to hide his. You see we really couldn’t have cared less who Kris was before Kim. So that leads me to believe that Kris is scared of something. He proved he is a liar when he denied that he knew Myla. He then threatened Myla with the FBI so that he could suppress evidence. My conclusion here is Kris is probably screwed and Kim and Myla can finally be rid of him.

The only thing Kris Humphries need to do is summon Reggie Bush and Kanye West details about their texts, emails exchanged and other information that been factual displayed in the media. Do not forget Reggie bush. Remember she meet up with him in Ny Restaurant the weekend before she filed for divorce. Ishe was spotted at lunch with him in La . Ishe went to Kanye Wtt concert in December and west was all over her like a piece of cake says mom Kris j. Kim is opening up doors I do not think Kris h wanted to open. But I guess this is going to be a fight and the K have more to loose in the end. She should just have given him the annulment months ago and this would be a distant memory.

The trial is not about Kris being heartbroken. It is about fraud, an intentional deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual. It is about Kim using Kris as a prop for her fairytale wedding and divorce to gain money and ratings for her TV shows. It does not matter if Kris is heartbroken what matters is that Kim did not intend to stay married until she finish filming her show. She purposely editted scenes in her show to portray Kris in a bad light and made money off doing so/ Let’s not get too smart here.

@LL. Whether Kris was heartbroken or not is not on trial. So if Kris ISNT heartbroken it does not matter in the trial. The fake marriage was for TV as they spend the majority of the 72 days filming for the show with Kim and family. They spend little time together as Kim was all over the place. This was not a real marriage, it was only for show. You need to learn logic if you don’t get that the marriage is a fraud. Thee is so much evidence to show that the marriage is fraud and it really does not matter if Kris is heartbroken.
