Following the May 28 scuffle Justin Bieber had with a photographer, we all wondered whether Justin could wind up facing criminal charges. Well, the answer to that question is now becoming a little clearer.
According to Celebuzz, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Office has completed their investigation and handed it over to prosecutors. Nicole Nishida, a sheriff’s public information officer confirms to Celebuzz, “The case was just passed off to the D.A.’s office… it is up to the D.A. if they press charges.”
Justin’s fate now lies in the hands of the District Attorney of Los Angeles County, as he will decide if the 18-year-old singer will face criminal prosecution. Justin could face up to six months in jail if he is charged and convicted of the supposed crime.
But what happened to the potential deal that was supposed to have been worked out between Justin and the photographer, Jose Sarros? A source reveals to HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “At the end of the day, the best case scenario wound up being to pursue the case and let it go through all the legal channels and cooperate fully as [Jose] honestly believes he was assaulted.”
“…a deal was for sure talked about and in place…but it just didn’t appease both of them…as each was asking for too much,” the source continues.
The source concluded, “[Justin's] camp believes just as honestly that he did nothing wrong as Jose believes that he did. So the cops and courts is where it will unweave itself.”

Justin should definitely get charged for what he has done. Celebrities get away with far too much and should be brought back down to Earth like the rest of us and also should pay for their mistakes like any “normal” citizen would. But of course, his wee “Die-hard fans” will now start a rant on this, petitions and will plague society with their ‘We love Justin Bieber’ or ‘He is the best, he should never be put into jail!’ nonsense.

My girlfriend’s dad told me to tell you back the off a little bit. it been two month I they have done nothing or said nothing about it in cal you have 5 month to charge some one, But He think if they haven’t come out with any thing. This month that he will not face charges. The guy said he didn’t for money not the smartest thing to say when you call the cops after the facts because Justin lawyer will used that againist him. Maybe it’s been settle aready to but highly unlikey. YOU WANT CELEB TO BE TREATED LIKE NORMAL THEN LET’S GET RID OF CELEBS WAVE THE RIGHT TO PRIVETECY CRAP.
