Uh oh! It’s not looking good for Drake in the aftermath of the June 14th bottle-throwing nightclub fight. A new victim has come forth blaming the 25-year-old rapper and threatening to sue.
Victim Vladimira Brace and her attorney have reportedly sent a letter to Drake’s rep saying: “Your client instigated a brawl with Mr. Chris Brown,” and “[Drake's] actions were reckless and negligent in inflaming a violent mob,” according to TMZ.
The letter reads on, “My client personally observed several members of [Drake's] entourage throwing bottles of champagne with reckless and criminal disregard of the well-being of the innocent bystanders.”
Vladimira reportedly suffered a spinal injury in the brawl and is threatening to sue the rapper. She is also the second victim to blame Drake. Model Ingrid Gutierrez, 21, also told the New York Post that Drake was the one who started the fight.
Drake and Chris Brown’s brawl occurred in the early hours of June 14 at W.i.P nightclub in New York City. Eight innocent bystanders were injured. No arrests have been made and the investigation is considered to be “ongoing.” A source close to the situation tells HollywoodLife.com that there’s “ongoing and cooperative communication through [Drake's] attorney.”
