It’s showdown time! The moment Kim Kardashian’s been dreading — the divorce depositions begin. Read on for how she’s protecting herself!
It’s definitely going to be a heated summer for Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries.
A source close to the situation confirms to HollywoodLife.com exclusively that the much-anticipated divorce proceedings will begin this week in Minnesota.
“Depositions are starting this week,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com. “It’s in motion.”
Kris, 27, will be first to give his side of the story, then Kim, 31, and later on — if necessary — witnesses will be called to the stand.
This comes after Kim publicly apologized to Kris in an emotional interview with Oprah Winfrey on June 17.
“He’s a good person,” she told Oprah. “I will always have a place in my heart for him. It just wasn’t for me. You know in your heart … For anyone I hurt, I’m truly sorry, I don’t wish pain on anyone, but the person I am because of that crazy experience, I wouldn’t change it for the world. I loved him, obviously it hurt him, and it hurt me too.”
But a source tells us her apology was insincere and only a strategy to win fan support before the trial.
“She’s trying to win her fans back and get support just before the trial starts. She’s pulling the sympathy card right now,” a source tells us. “They [Kim and Kris] haven’t spoken since she visited him in Minnesota, so it’s hard to believe she loves somebody and cares about him when she’s never reached out and apologized in private.”
Hmm! It will definitely be a drama-filled summer with these two in and out of the courtroom.

How many of you haters would have stayed married if you and your spouse didn’t fit, so what all you people out there are saying that you would have stayed married and been miserable,. Bull S—. I commend Kim for not staying in a marriage because her fans or not fans said she should. Get real people being in a bad marriage is well bad. She had the guts to NOT STAY. Bravo to you Kim. Any women or man that will stay in a marriage that’s hurting them, somethings wrong with YOU.

No one is saying Kim should stay in a marriage if she did not want to. That’s not the issue. She used the marriage and divorce for financial gain at the same time destroying her soon to be ex-husband with a smear campaign. She could have handle it much better in private but she chose to have all the divorce drama in public. She could have quietly annulled the marriage and all of this drama could be avoided

TMZ has a paparazzi videotape of Khole taking up for Kris Humphries. I am sure that it was just as staged as what Kim said to Oprah. I feel sorry for Kim if Oprah finds out that her and her viewers/fans were duped. You don’t mess with Lady O!

I was a very big fan of the Kardashian and now I no longer watch their show. The last show I watched was the last episode of KKTNY. I only watched KKTNY because I wanted to know what Kris H did wrong to warrant the divorce in 72 days.

Kartrashian family should go away. They’re all hungry for money and fame.
Recent episode was even showing the pimp momager’s ex bf who is very much younger than her and the reason why rshe was divorced.

People are still questioning the paternity of Khloe Kardashian. I think that O.J. Simpson is Khloe’s biological father. Us Weekly had published a side by side comparison photo of Khloe K. and Sidnee Simpson (O.J.’s daughter) that is very convincing.

Everybody knowsa that thisa interview was planned by the Kar trashian because they know that the truth will come out and. Would affect them all.
They were all so arrogant and even trying to ruin Kris Humphries repuation to make him look like a bad person and now that the divorce proceeding is about to start they tell a different story and apologizing?

Hollywood Life is claiming this is an “apology”. Then why hasnt Kris dropped the charges against Kim? Because hes not after an apology. That is just as excuse to take her to court and to extort money from her. He never loved her. He saw $$$$ when he met her. He was with her for one reason and that was for money. And then to treat Myla the way he did so their relationship wouldnt hurt his case against Kim. The only thing important to this piece of crap is money and Kim “does not” owe him an apology. If anything, he owes Kim and Myla apologies.

KH knew what he got into, maybe not 72 days worth but he knew it wasnt “true love” so kim asked for a divorce and played the guy, and hes getting back at her and wants the marriage annulled, the grounds are good for the annulment.

Remember she is still embroiled in a divorce proceeding so I’m sure her lawyers have limited to what she can or can’t say. We all obviously now know that Kris wasn’t all that upset. His ex has a ton of stuff on him regarding his “extortion” from Kim. So before you all go the normal Kim bashing route think about how much he realy deserves an apolygy. He was aware from day one for what he signed up for. This is about the money and that’s it. You haters can put any spin on it but you will see in the end what the outcome will be(Kris attemting to extort money from Kim. By the way did you guys notice how he treated Myla. He behaved like a true jerk all for the sake of not hurting his extortion case from Kim. So I have to ask how can you excuse that behavior.

Kris never loved Kim and he never loved Fatmire. He probably needed Kim for fame and money . And, look how quickly he dropped Fatmire, a woman he claimed to love.so soon after Kim.
There was never any real love. With both women he simply cared about getting his needs met.
