Drake dined late into the night on June 16 at Sons of Essex restaurant in New York City, just days after getting involved in a nightclub brawl with Chris Brown! Even though there is still an ongoing police investigation, Drake stayed out well into the morning hours!
An eyewitness told HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Drake, “was in great spirits with about 15 people, and drank water all night. It was a packed dining room, the restaurant was slammed, and no one bothered him. Drake arrived around 11:30pm, and stayed until 2:30am. They ordered a lot, and food just kept on coming out all night. The kitchen at Sons of Essex stays open late on the weekends.”
The source adds that, “Sons of Essex is more of an ‘under the radar’ spot for celebrities – like an “indie-hipster” spot, so I assume Drake wanted to eat there because he wanted to fly under the radar.”
