A stunning model who was partying with Chris’ camp says Drake was to blame — do YOU think he could be heading to jail?

Chris Brown and Drake‘s fight on June 14 at WIP nightclub in New York City could land Drake behind bars, and another eyewitness who saw the fight confirmed that he lashed out first!

Drake, 25, started the fight with Chris, 23, a sexy 21-year-old model named Ingrid Gutierrez told the New York Post.

“They got up in [Chris'] face and were giving him the middle finger,” she said. “Chris told Drake to f–k off, and the next thing I heard was smashed glass and the bottles started flying at us.”

Ingrid also said that Chris was a hero during the incident.

“I didn’t see Chris act violently towards anyone,” she said. “Chris said, ‘Let’s go,’ but there were bottles flying and I saw him get hit in the face, so I hunkered down where I was. Suddenly I feel this pain in my head and my friend is covering my face, trying to protect me. And then everything was over. I’m laying bleeding on couch and we’re all freaking out.”

Furthermore, Chris’ attorney Mark Geragos says he is positive that Drake provoked the incident.

“I believe the police are building a case against Drake and his thugs,” he said. “Clearly, Drake was the instigator, and there is evidence he threw glassware.”
