Chris Brown and Drake reportedly fought on June 14 at WIP nightclub in New York City after having an angry discussion about Rihanna, but now sources close to Chris’ camp say she checked in with him after the scuffle to make sure he was alright!

A source close to Chris, 23, told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that he heard from Rihanna, 24, after the altercation with Drake, 25.

“Yesterday Chris was chilling out — getting back on his feet and whatnot — and Rihanna texted him and was like, ‘Hey, how are you? Hope you’re all right and feeling OK,’” our insider said. “I’m not sure what he texted back, but she did text him that message because it popped up on his phone. Other than that, I’m not sure if he’s going to press charges. You know don’t normally f–k with the police like that, but because they’re investigating the fight we’ve all been questioned. He’s just taking care of himself now and healing his face and s–t. He got a few stitches but he’ll be cool. He a survivor.”
