2012 Young Hollywood Awards Ashley Greene Makeup

The Twighlight star balanced her dramatic smoky eye look with classic pink lips. Here, her makeup artist shares the products she used and how to get Ashley’s look!

Ashley Greene, 25, stunned in a metallic smoky eye at the Young Hollywood Awards in L.A. June 14. The modern look was created by mark. makeup artist, Vanessa Scali.

To create Ashley’s smoky eyes Vanessa reveals, “I used two different colors, mark. i-mark Metallics Custom Pick Eye Shadow in Truffle, a shimmery copper, all over the lids and under her bottom lashes. Then I added a touch of plum (from the mark. On the Dot Eye Color Compact: High Impact Color) just in the center. This gives the eye an unexpected twist and really highlights the blue of her eyes.”

Since Ashley’s eye makeup was so dramatic, Vanessa paired it with mark. Lipclick Full Color Lipstick in Whiney, a muted pink. Vanessa’s insider tip for achieving a natural lip: “I used my fingers to pat on the lip color. This pushes the color into the skin making it look like more of a stain than a lipstick. The result is very clean and never overdone.”
