Mary’s ‘violence and physical abuse’ was a major catalyst in the couple’s divorce, according to new documents. She even allegedly killed their family dog!
Robert Kennedy Jr.‘s divorce papers reveal a new, darker side to his relationship with the late Mary Kennedy. “Mary’s violence and physical abuse toward me began before we were married,” Robert alleges in the documents, which became public this weekend.
“Soon after [she] became pregnant with our first son, Mary — in a sudden rage about my continued friendship with my ex-wife — hit me in the face with her fist,’’ Bobby added. “She was a trained boxer, and I got a shiner. … Her engagement ring crushed my tear duct, causing permanent damage. Mary asked me to lie to her family about cause of my shiner.”
And the lies didn’t stop there! Mary allegedly threatened to tell police that Robert abused her if he ever left her. She also “said she intended to kill herself unless [Robert] called off the divorce and … promised to recommit to the marriage.”
But perhaps the most shocking allegation of all is that Mary killed the family dog!
Robert Kennedy Jr.’s wife, Mary, beat him up, tried to blackmail him, killed the family dog and, finally, told a servant she needed rope for a new couch — then hanged herself with it, according to a bombshell report.

IF that is all true and I seriously doubt why did he EVER marry her? You just have to look at the body language of Conor Kennedy. RFKjr had stated things happened in front of the children well Conor is old enough to dispute that and I think his body language at the funeral says it all about who was the abused one. I think the other children are too young but they will grow up and shun this loser. How come there is no details about the dog? I keep reading she killed it but if that is the case RFKjr is savvy enough to keep evidence. BULL Is what it is. What a heinous individual to slander the woman like that.
