Lindsay Lohan was involved in a car accident on Friday June 8, when the vehicle she was in rear-ended an 18-wheeler! According to law enforcement sources, Lindsay gave false information following the crash, which may land her back in jail!
According to reports, Lindsay lied when she told police she was NOT driving the Porsche that slammed into a truck on the Pacific Coast Highway! Due to Lindsay’s false information, she may be prosecuted and her probation could be revoked!
Attorney Susan Filan tells HollywoodLife.com, exclusively, “I think it’s a long shot that Lindsay’s probation will be revoked and that she will go to jail if she lied to police about whether she was driving her car at the time of the accident.”
Lindsay originally told police that she was the passenger in the vehicle and her assistant was driving. But Lindsay and her assistant must have not matched up stories because the assistant admitted that Lindsay was the driver during the crash!
Police are currently writing up a report that will include Lindsay’s lie! Lying to the police could be considered a probation violation in her shoplifting case, which would mean Lindsay may face the possibility of jail time!
Susan says, “ ”It would be a different story if she were arrested and subsequently lied to police, but, in this case, she wasn’t arrested.”
She continues, “When someone gets pulled over and police ask if they’d been drinking, more than likely, they’re going to say “no,” whether they’d been drinking or not. Technically, that’s a lie, but it’s not one that police would necessarily arrest someone for.”
Witnesses at the scene told TMZ that Lindsay AND her assistant were spotted exiting the vehicle out of the passenger’s side! It seems as though Lindsay had a plan in mind immediately following the impact!
Susan reiterates, “Again, it’ll be a long shot for Lindsay’s probation to be revoked and for her to see any jail time.”

Lindsay needs to live her life not a trashy one I hate her so much please stop acting stupid Lindsay its just sad you need to go back to rehab and don’t drive look at the people you hurt by driving your just a piece of trash Lindsay and you need to straighten out your life in fact they should stop her from being a celebrity and the center of attention cause she’s just getting stupid
