We spoke to a friend of Lindsay’s directly who confirms the actress is doing okay after her car accident! Plus we have exclusive details on her post-accident therapy!

Lindsay Lohan has been released from the hospital after a bad car accident with an 18-wheeler. “Lindsay is fine,” actress’ makeup artist tells HollywoodLife.com.

We have also learned that it was recommended that Lindsay get massage therapy in the next 24-36 hours to help with potential body tightness due to the car accident.

And as for rumors that the paparazzi were to blame for Lindsay’s crash, another source tells us this “is not true” and adds that there was also “no alcohol involved” in the accident that occurred while Lindsay was on her way to work.

We’re so glad Lindsay is okay and already back to filming her Liz Taylor biopic!
