Phillip Phillips Kidney Surgery

Phillip recently underwent surgery to remove the enormous kidney stones that kept him in excruciating pain during the entire season of ‘American Idol.’

American Idol winner Phillip Phillips has even more to celebrate! The 21-year-old singer went under the knife in Los Angeles on June 6 for a six-and-a-half-hour surgery to remove the massive kidney stones that had been plaguing him all season, TMZ reports.

Phillip was initially scheduled to have the surgery last week, but it was delayed because of a fever and sinus infection. The stones were so huge there was no chance he could’ve passed them on his own.

We wish Phillip a speedy recovery!

Phillip, You are one SUPER TUFF MAN !! The average man would have been rolling and screaming on the floor had they had to put up with what you went through to perform. Of course I don’t know of any man who would put themselves through that kind of pain for Anything!!
Be proud youngman, and may your future hold all that you desire and want.
