Amber Portwood Sentenced To Prison For Five Years

The troubled ‘Teen Mom’ star was officially sentenced to five years in prison. Read on for the shocking report!

After straight up asking to be sent back to jail, Amber Portwood‘s Indiana judge imposed his original sentence of five years in prison, saying he had no choice but to enforce her plea.

According to a report from TMZ, the 21-year-old was in court on the morning of June 5 when the judge reimposed the sentence that stemmed from her December drug arrest.

Amber’s five-year sentence could have been avoided had she completed her drug rehabilitation program, but she couldn’t stay clean, saying she will always be a “bad girl.”

The judge referred Amber to the Indiana Department of Corrections therapeutic community program that is incarceration-based.

Amber is a loser.she is a horrible mother.she should not have kid’s. And leah i feel so bad for her.amber sucks in Life.every time i watch the show a.d amber and Gary comes on i change the tv cuz i hate them i hope she rotts in jail.someone should tell her that no one cares about her

I guess she knows herself better than anyone. Amber asked to go back and got her wish. If this is what was needed to get off of drugs then so be it. I hope they give her anger management courses will in jail also. Amber was not fit to be around Leah. Hopefully when she get out she will be a better person.
Gary loves their little girl so she will be taken care of.
