Could you imagine a ‘Twilight’ without Rob or Kristen? If the studio had its way, that may have happened!
Kristen Stewart admits in Vanity Fair magazine that her and her real-life love Robert Pattinson fought to make their Edward and Bella roles more powerful — against the studios wishes! Find out what they had to do!
Kristen was quoted as saying, “Me and Rob got into a lot of trouble. We wanted it [Twilight] to be not so polished. We were getting notes from the studio. They wanted me to smile all the time. They wanted Rob to be not so brooding. We were like, ‘No! You need to brood your ass off.”
While the studio may have been happy with the casting of Kristen and Rob, they certainly were eyeing for Twilight to be a more cheery, happy film! Could you imagine that?
It’s hard to believe, but Kristen does know how to smile! She’s just committed to staying faithful to the novels. On set, Kristen was known as the “Twilight-book Nazi,” says director Bill Condon!
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Could you imagine a happier Bella and Edward?

I like the way they’ve been doing the films. The first movie was directed like crap, and everyone can tell it was fake. It looks like they can’t act. I’m glad Rob & Kristen took over and made their roles more believable. New Moon was way better, and then Eclipse and Breaking Dawn were even better than New Moon.
