Kristen Stewart Sneakers MTV Movies Awards 2012

The ‘SWATH’ star swapped her pumps for her fave Converse at The 2012 MTV Movie Awards — she loves keeping it comfortable!

Kristen Stewart strutted her stuff on the red carpet pairing her edgy Guishem dress with black Christian Louboutin pumps at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards. However, the next time we saw her she was on stage presenting, but this time wearing worn-in Converse sneakers!

This seems to be a signature move for K-Stew, who changes into more comfortable shoes as soon as she can at red carpet events. It definitely goes along with her down-to-earth demeanor, but is it appropriate? Should K-Stew just deal with it and stick with heels or is her sneaker swap totally acceptable?

Why can’t it be appropriate? Nobody writes an article questioning why Lady Gaga doesn’t slip into something a little less meaty/lacy/wiry/feathery outfit after she hits the red carpet.
