Madonna Badger Suing Stamford, Connecticut After Deadly Fire

The horrific blaze took the lives of her three children and her parents. Now the grieving mother says that critical evidence was destroyed when the city demolished the house without her permission.

Madonna Badger lost her three children — 7-year-old twins Grace and Sarah and 9-year-old daughter Lily — as well as her parents in a Dec. 25 fire which destroyed her Stamford, Connecticut home. Now she’s suing the city for damage done AFTER the deadly blaze.

Madonna is suing for property damage, personal injury and civil rights violations, the Associated Press reports. She argues that the city didn’t properly compensate her or give her notice before they demolished the damaged home.

Madonna further insists that evidence to trace the start of the fire was also destroyed when the house was leveled.

The city is denying responsibility for the incident.

It sounds like she’s feeling better and her old self-aggrandizing ego trip personality is resurfacing.

How would you know?

Wow I can’t believe this woman has the audacity to sue the city of Stamford CT. She and her boyfriend caused the death of her children and her parents NOT THE CITY. The house had to be torn down and now she wants to be compensated because she did not get notice. What is more important her house or her kids’ lives? How about her compensating her ex-husband for the loss of this only children??? This woman just keeps getting more and more selfish. If my kids died (especially due to my actions) the last thing on my mind would be a house or suing anyone.

Um, I think the one responsible is her stupid contractor boyfriend! He’s the one who didn’t follow protocol in installing the alarms. He put the smoldering ashes in a bucket – idiot! And he ran out without the kids too!

That’s a hot one, considering she ran out and let them all die!

Lets not forget there was no smoke alarms in the house. How could anyone have a house with no smoke alarms in it. Maybe they would all still be alive if there were alarms.
