Jessica Simpson gave birth to her daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson via a C-section May 1, and with four weeks behind her, she’s hoping to lose her post-baby weight fast! So what does her regimen already entail?
For starters, we must acknowledge that it has been four weeks since Jessica gave birth to her daughter, and professional experts suggest waiting AT LEAST 4-6 weeks before beginning a workout routine or even having sex! Jessica is already breaking the rules! But we can’t blame her as Jessica indulged in her favorite foods and gained double the weight that most gain during pregnancy!
A source reveals to Hollywoodlife.com, “Simpson is being trained in her Beverly Hills home as we speak and on a rigorous high protein/little to no carb diet. One worker at Simpson’s house says Eric is also doing the diet to support Jessica – and that the two are eating lots of fish. These meals and workout routines are planned especially for Simpson by a trainer.”
