Jessica may be the new Weight Watchers spokesperson, but a Hollywoodlife.com source reveals she’s already trying to jumpstart her diet with by cutting almost all carbs!

Jessica Simpson gave birth to her daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson via a C-section May 1, and with four weeks behind her, she’s hoping to lose her post-baby weight fast! So what does her regimen already entail?

For starters, we must acknowledge that it has been four weeks since Jessica gave birth to her daughter, and professional experts suggest waiting AT LEAST 4-6 weeks before beginning a workout routine or even having sex! Jessica is already breaking the rules! But we can’t blame her as Jessica indulged in her favorite foods and gained double the weight that most gain during pregnancy!

A source reveals to Hollywoodlife.com, “Simpson is being trained in her Beverly Hills home as we speak and on a rigorous high protein/little to no carb diet. One worker at Simpson’s house says Eric is also doing the diet to support Jessica – and that the two are eating lots of fish. These meals and workout routines are planned especially for Simpson by a trainer.”

Jessica isn’t dieting yet she’s just eating healthier because she’s breast feeding Maxwell and you need 500 extra calories a day to nurse because that’s how many calories nursing burns. don’t rush her her baby is only 1 month old and unless you have medical issues that compromise your milk nursing is recomended for at least 6 months if not upto two years besides it took her 8 3/4 months to gain the weight it’s supposed to take her at least that ammount of time to lose it plus while your nursing they recomend you keep 10lbs of the weight you gained while you were pregnant for milk production purposes

Just a different spin then the others.. Nothing new here. She said it all in People ale.. She is not crash dieting at all but is eating healthier. Good for her. She also said she is not looking into a bikini anytime soon & would be happy to just wear her jeans. It’s everyone else that is having there say & adding pressure. She has not set rediculous goals to taking it off at all. One day at a time & being Healthy about that. I really wish people would comprehend what it is she has actually said. She is breastfeeding & that is her priority & won’t do stupid things.
