Rocsi Diaz Reveals How She'll Stay In Shape This Summer

Rocsi Diaz may be leaving BET’s 106 & Park, but she has other projects up her sleeve that she needs to stay in shape for!

The 28-year-old was sweet enough to share her workout tips with exclusively.

“I try to work out three to four times a week. I have a trainer, I go to aerobics classes all the time. I enjoy staying fit and it’s something I like to keep doing,” she told

But what has really been keeping her body toned lately is Zumba. And Rocsi loves it so much that she recently became a certified instructor.

“Zumba is so much fun, you don’t even realize that you’re moving,” she told “I’m now a certified master. I went in and got licensed for it. It took eight hours and now I can teach. I can stay fit in a fun way.”

As far as diet goes, the fish-only eater sticks to her veggies.

“My diet is limited so it’s easy for me to stay healthy,” she told us.

Rocsi has been co-hosting BET’s 106 & Park with Terrence J since 2006, but just recently announced that she will be leaving the show.

We’re definitely excited to see which projects she takes on next — and we know she’ll look great doing whatever they are.
