Rob is reportedly skipping the MTV Movie Awards this year! We’re so sad!
Robert Pattinson will reportedly be absent this Sunday at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, according to E! News. His rep says he will miss the awards because he’ll be promoting Cosmopolis. You know what this means don’t you?
No on-stage kiss with Kristen Stewart! For the past three years we’ve seen Rob and Kristen win Best Kiss at the awards show, and every year they get closer and closer to locking lips on stage. Last year was the closest yet, although Rob ended up running down and smooching Taylor Lautner, causing laughs from the audience. This year they have some stiff competition against Josh Hutcherson and Jennifer Lawrence for their Hunger Games make out session.
Kristen will be a presenter at the show, alongside costar Chris Hemsworth, but Rob won’t be there to join her. There’s always next year but here’s hoping he’ll find a way to surprise her at the last minute!
