Justin may end up facing legal trouble regarding his alleged paparazzi scuffle, but police have determined there were ‘no visible injuries!’ So what’s all the huff about?

Justin Bieber and his girlfriend Selena Gomez were in Calabasas, Calif., on May 27 when the “Lie In Your Arms” singer allegedly got into a scuffle with a paparazzo! Time out, though: A new report from a law enforcement source says the assault accuser left with “no visible injuries!”

The paparazzo, Jose Sarros, called 9-1-1, filed a report and was later taken to the hospital to be checked out. And while the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is treating the matter as misdemeanor battery, a law enforcement officer is claiming the assault accuser is crying wolf!

“The photographer had no visible injuries and he didn’t require any further medical attention when he went to the emergency room. The injuries that the photographer claims to have are rather unremarkable,” a law enforcement source told RadarOnline.

Eyewitnesses even suggest that the paparazzo may have provoked Justin, 18, at the time of the alleged crime! ”Justin’s car was being blocked in and he had to get out of his vehicle to ask him to move so he could leave. It was absolutely instigated by the photographer and could have been avoided entirely if he hadn’t been physically blocking Justin from leaving the parking lot,” the source says.
