Whoa! Justin kisses his biggest fan AND confesses his love for her!

Justin Bieber almost caused a state of emergency in Oslo, Norway on May 30 as he was set to take stage for a “surprise” performance — and while some fans were left with injuries, one special lady received a juicy kiss from the superstar himself!

Lisa Kastleen, better known as @bieberparade on Twitter, flew in from Denmark to see her dear Justin, 18. After her meet and greet was cancelled, Justin consoled the uber fan with a juicy kiss on the cheek! It’s a good thing that Selena, 19, is currently in the U.S.!

Lisa tweeted, “I need to thank @justinbieber again before I go to bed. This have been, more than I in my life expected would ever happen, it’s a like a very crazy dream.” To her added delight, Justin replied saying, “@BieberParade dont thank me. glad to do it. you and fans like you give me strength like i said. love you. thank u.”

This is totally unfair! Lisa worked very hard to make her dream came true! I’m from Denmark, and i know Lisa, it’s NOT true!

I do know Lisa. And I’m proud of this, and it’s in No Way ‘unfair’ that this happened to her. She’s works very hard.

No. I’m from Denmark and I know that Lisa had met him before. She works a lot, and she deserves to meet him, but when there’s so many other Beliebers who should have been at the meet & greet, that never have met him, and maybe never will, he should meet them, instead. Lisa is going to meet him again, because she works with the people , who can make that happen. People should think of all the other fans instead.

Well… I think it’s so nice of him and I’m so happy for that girl and all, but I think it’s a bit unfair to the fan whose meet & greet got cancelled :/ I mean… she got the meet & greet first and she probably wanted to meet him as much as she wanted but yeah… Scooter must’ve known what he was doing :)
