Summer is here but we bet some of you are scared to put on that polka dot bikini. met with top Crunch personal trainer Krystal Breakley who made getting fit look and feel so easy! Watch our entertainment reporter Chloe Melas break a sweat while trying to get Kim Kardashian‘s butt and Jessica Biel‘s toned arms.

  • Breaths in each position
  • Upward dog
  • Downward dog
  • Cat/cow 3 rounds
  • Modified child’s pose left and right
  • Lunge stretch right and left
  • Seated hamstring stretch


  • 30 jumping jax
  • 30 butt kickers
  • 20 rotating squat jax


  • Squats w/ calf raise- 20 reps
  • Alternating rear lunges- 20 reps
  • Side leg lift twist and shout- 10 reps left and right
  • Pelvic bridge- 20 reps


  • Double duty Caterpillar push ups- 10 reps
  • Crap dips- 10 reps


  • Plank- 30 seconds
  • Cross body mountain climbers- 20 reps
  • Roll ups- 20 reps
  • Cross body toe touches- 20 reps
