Russell is set to host the MTV Movie Awards on June 3 do you think he’ll try to win Katy back?

Russell Brand has the biggest night of his life right around the corner. The British comedian is hosting the highly anticipated MTV Movie Awards live from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif., this is his chance to publicly apologize to Katy Perry – don’t you agree?

If Katy ends up attending the show like she has in the past, this will be her first big runin with Russell since the split! We think she should totally go and confront her past. But do you think Russell will take the stage and admit he’s made a huge mistake and wants her back?

We think this would be the ultimate platform for him to apologize and will show how truly genuine he’s being.

Since their divorce my opinion on both Katy and Russell has completely changed. The respectful and dignified way in which Russell has behaved has made me realise he actually has a lot of substance. He seems to have one-hundred times the character, maturity, and sense that Katy Perry has. What a fantastic attitude, no bad mouthing, no running to the press to spill the beans like Katy and her pals. Katy on the other hand – well. Very disappointed

Ask for forgiveness? FOR WHAT? And why he should talk about something SO PERSONAL in public? As we all have noticed, he’s been very quite about his divorce and only said beautiful things about his ex wife. Why change it ESPECIALLY now that Katy has moved on with a new guy? NO Russell. Don’t do it. She does not deserve anything.

Why exactly does he have to apologize to Katy? He has nothing to apologize. Katy has to apologize for those Coachella pics with her new bf, full of PDA just 3 months after their divorce. Russell, all this time he has been a true gentleman! What a fantastic attitude, no bad mouthing, no running to the press to spill the beans like so many celebs. I respect and love him.

Russell has been seeing other women since the divorce. In fact he was the first to date publicly and immediately after the divorce announcement. Katie doesn’t have to apologize for dating and neither does Russell.They are getting divorced.

Ok, I like both Katy and Russell – but they seem content without each other. I think they were obviously in love, but sometimes things just don’t work out. Maybe one day they’ll be able to co-exist on a friendly level, but I doubt that time is now. What he said on Ellen was very sweet (scripted, but sweet). Seems as though he’s already said what he needs to say, I doubt he’ll mention her at all and I doubt she is attending, that would have been announced by now.
